In the written decision, it was further stated that she should be released from jail immediately

Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Friday ordered the immediate release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed from jail in the Gujranwala case.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Asjad Javed Gharal of the LHC issued a 14-page written decision on the petition against the arrest of Sanam in the Gujranwala case.
The court judgment said that the repeated naming of the petitioner in the same case by the investigating officers shows malice. The purpose of repeatedly arresting the petitioner after her release is to defeat the judicial system.
The court stated in the written judgment that the Deputy Commissioner Lahore and Gujranwala issued detention orders for the petitioner despite being in jail. The role of Deputy Commissioners calls for strict action, but the court is not taking any action showing magnanimity.
It was written in the judgment that the court hopes that the deputy commissioners will not disappoint in the future. The courts giving physical remand should also keep the fundamental rights given in the constitution in the view while giving remand.
The Lahore High Court directed to send a copy of the verdict to the judicial officers, IG Punjab, and all the deputy commissioners.
The court wrote in the judgment that the investigating officer had no evidence to name the petitioner in the case. The case against the petitioner was registered in Guajarnwala based on malice. The petitioner is discharged from the case immediately.
In the written decision, it was further stated that the Deputy Prosecutor General stated that there is no further case registered against Sanam Javed, she should be released from jail immediately.
