Islamabad: Pakistan International Airline (PIA) deputy station manager Iqbal Javed Bajwa has stepped down following revelations that his FA certificate from the Lahore Board was fraudulent.
A PIA spokesperson confirmed that Former Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa's brother Iqbal Javed bajwa resignation was prompted by the exposure of his fake academic qualifications.
“Despite initially resisting the move, Bajwa ultimately resigned after significant pressure from his family,” said the spokesperson.
The PIA representative emphasized the airline's strict stance against falsified credentials, noting that decisive action was taken in this case to uphold their zero-tolerance policy.
