PTI's long march has 'failed miserably': Maryam
The PML-N leader advises the establishment to work within the ambit of the constitution
Lahore: PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz Wednesday said the long march [Azadi march] had failed miserably.
Speaking at a press conference, she urged the institutions to avoid making decision to pacify people resorting to pressure tactics, saying it would be the best if the establishment would work within the ambit of the constitution.
Maryam said the judiciary should also deal with this fitna as the Holy Qur'an commands.
She said the government would establish writ of the state in case protesters damage public property.
She said her party respected the Supreme Court's decision of allowing the PTI to organise long march at the ground between H-9 and G-9 areas of the federal capital.
