Maryam Nawaz is not forbidden to travel abroad, says Rana Sanaullah
Lahore: Pakistani Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Punjab President Rana Sanaullah has said that PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz has not been forbidden from going abroad, but as long as the country and the nation need her to get rid of those who are "imposed" on people (Government), she will stay.
Talking to the media in Lahore, Rana Sanaullah said that Maryam Nawaz has special expertise in treating such kind of people.
Commenting on rumours of the PML-N leader going abroad, Sanaullah said: "Everyone goes abroad and then comes back to his/her country. If Maryam Nawaz had to go abroad to meet relatives or for any other matter, it isn't like she is forbidden to do so," he said.
He said Maryam will remain associated with Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for as long as its struggle continues to "dethrone" the current government.
On this occasion, PML-N Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal termed the action against the sugar and flour mafia as a drama and said that investigations regarding the embezzlement of billions of rupees have been investigated while FIA has also made cases against the culprits, but NAB does not dare to arrest any minister.
