Iraqi footballers recorded a unique protest over the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden as they entered the ground carrying copies of the Holy Quran in their hands.
According to details, the Iraqi footballers showed love, respect and honor by kissing the Holy Quran and putting it on their chest on this occasion.

Earlier on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, an incident of burning and desecration of Holy Quran took place outside the mosque of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
According to foreign news agency, the Stockholm police refused to allow a citizen from Iraq to burn the Holy Quran several times, however the local court declared the police's decision against freedom of expression.
Therefore, police allowed him to demonstrate outside the city's main mosque, after which the accused set fire to the Holy Quran and desecrated the holy book of Muslims.
