PTI’s Ali Muhammad Khan granted bail in corruption case
Court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 04.
Mardan: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan's bail petition in corruption case has been approved.
According to details, Sessions Judge Inamullah in Mardan granted bail to PTI leader and former Minister of State Ali Muhammad Khan.
The court ordered Ali Muhammad Khan to deposit a surety bond of Rs500,000.
On the other hand, Peshawar High Court sought records from Anti-Corruption, Deputy Commissioner Mardan and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a petition to provide details of cases against Ali Muhammad Khan.
The petitioner's lawyer said that he is arrested after every other bail in a different case.
Court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 04.
