£190 million case: Imran, Bushra’s interim bail extended
Accountability court said that there will be final arguments regarding interim bail on July 31 and extended the bail till date.
Islamabad: Accountability Court Wednesday extended the interim bail of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi till July 31 in 190 million pounds Al-Qadir Trust case.
The court also accepted Bushra Bibi's request for exemption from attendance today.
According to details, 190 million pound case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan was heard in the Accountability Court of Islamabad, during which Barrister Ali Gohar told the court that lawyer Khawaja Haris was busy in the Supreme Court hearing, then he has to go to High Court.
Supreme Court has given the direction, there are holidays ahead, therefore give the date for hearing after holidays, said Barrister Gohar.
During the hearing, Deputy Prosecutor General National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sardar Muzaffar said they say the same thing in every hearing that it is the case of interim bail.
Responding to which Judge Muhammad Bashir said to give him the date of tomorrow, Monday 31st July is fine, Khawaja Haris will also come.
