SC hearing Imran Khan's appeals in Toshakhana case
Lawyer Latif Khosa appeared in the court on behalf of chairman PTI who on August 05 had filed an appeal against IHC's decision of August 3.
Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan is hearing the appeals of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case on Wednesday.
According to details, a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Atta Bandial comprising Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel are part of the bench.
Lawyer Latif Khosa appeared in the court on behalf of chairman PTI who on August 05 had filed an appeal against Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) decision of August 3.
It is pertinent to note that IHC had sent back the case of hearing the Tosha Khana case to subordinate court. Former prime minister has also appealed to suspend his trial in the case.
