Islamabad: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) rejected the police's request for further physical remand and sent Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir to Adiala Jail on judicial remand.
During the hearing against Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir in the Anti-terrorism court, cases of rebellion, threats, and agitation were heard.
The prosecutor informed that voice matching and photo grammetry tests have been conducted, and transcription of written speeches is pending.
Further physical remand is sought for Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir.
The judge asked, "What has the investigation officer done in these three days?" With no satisfactory response received, the court sent Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir to Adiala Jail on judicial remand.
The Anti-terrorism court has granted permission to meet Imaan Mazari's mother, Shireen Mazari, in the court chamber.
