SC schedules self-notice in child smuggling, abduction case hearing

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set a date for the hearing of the self-notice taken in the case of child smuggling and abduction.

A three-member bench, led by the Chief Justice, will conduct the hearing on August 31.

The Registrar's Office of the Supreme Court has issued notices to all parties involved, including the Attorney General and Advocate Generals, for the important case.

The hearing for the self-notice in the case of child smuggling and abduction will be presided over by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial with a three-member bench on August 31.

The other members of the bench include Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail.

On the other hand, an appeal against NAB's decision to remove the name of Ijaz Jakhrani from the ECL (Exit Control List) in a case related to assets beyond known sources of income has also been scheduled.

Under the leadership of the Chief Justice, the three-member bench is set to conduct the hearing on August 30, and the Registrar's Office has issued a notice to NAB.
