According to details, the Additional District and Sessions Court of Karachi has pronounced two cases of raping minor girls as sufficient punishment, in which two accused were sentenced to imprisonment and fine in the cases.
The court sentenced Sharif—accused of raping a girl in Kemari—to life imprisonment and also ordered him to pay a fine of Rs200,000.
According to the police, a case was registered against the accused last year.
In another case, the court sentenced Tariq—accused of raping a girl in Sarjani Town—to 10 years in prison with hard labor and also ordered the accused to pay a fine of Rs100,000.
