Gold price declines by Rs4,000 per tola
In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $2 per ounce to $1,923 per ounce.
Karachi: The Gold price in Pakistan declined by Rs4,000 per tola on Friday.
As per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced a decline of Rs4,000 per tola, reaching a value of Rs212,500.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat pure gold lost by Rs3,430 and traded at Rs182,184.
Meanwhile, the yellow metal of 22 karats of gold which is usually used for jewellery making, sold at the rate of Rs167,002 per 10 grams.
In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $2 per ounce to $1,923 per ounce, as reported by the association.
On the other hand, the price of 24 karat silver per tola and per 10 grams also remained the same at Rs2,650 and Rs2,271, respectively.
Earlier, as per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced a decline of Rs5,800 per tola, reaching a value of Rs216,500.
