Marriyum Aurangzeb's attendance waiver appeal, bail bond rejected
The court adjourned the hearing till November 25 after completing the attendance of other co-accused.
Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore Saturday rejected the plea of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Marriyum Aurangzeb and Javed Latif to be excused.
According to details, the court also rejected Marriyum Aurangzeb's bail plea.
The case against Marriyum and others related to the inflammatory conversation was heard by duty judge Anti-Terrorism Court Arshad Javed.
Former information minister Aurangzeb and Javed had filed an appeal for one-day attendance exemption.
The court adjourned the hearing till November 25 after completing the attendance of other co-accused.
It is pertinent to mention that a case has been registered by the Green Town police station in this regard.
