Karachi: 16 new cases of malaria have been reported in Karachi during the last 24 hours.
According to the spokesperson of Sindh Health Department, eight cases have been reported from Malir District and three from Eastern District of Karachi.
While two cases from South and West districts each and one case of malaria from Korangi district.
According to the spokesman, 2248 cases of malaria have been reported across Sindh in 24 hours.
This year more than 4,80,000 cases of malaria were reported in Sindh while two people died due to the disease.
