All Pakistan James and Jewelers Association says this increase brought the current price of gold to 219,600 rupees per tola in the country.

Karachi: The price of gold in Pakistan on Tuesday experienced a surge of 300 rupees per tola.
According to the All Pakistan James and Jewelers Association, this increase brought the current price of gold to 219,600 rupees per tola in the country.
Besides it, the cost of 10 grams of gold went up to 188,272 rupees, marking an increment of 258 rupees. The Association noted that the international market reflects a stable gold price at $2052 per ounce.
Moreover, accounting for a $20 premium in the global gold price, the adjusted international gold price in Pakistan stood at $2072 per ounce.
