Appeal filed against approval of Maryam Nawaz’s nomination papers
In the petition, it has been requested that approval of nomination papers of Maryam Nawaz should be annulled.
Lahore: An appeal was filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) tribunal against approval of the nomination papers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz from NA-119 constituency of Lahore.
According to the details, Nadeem Sherwani filed an appeal against the approval of Maryam Nawaz's papers submitted for the upcoming general elections. The Returning Officer (RO) of NA-119 was made a party in the appeal.
It has been argued in the appeal that Maryam Nawaz concealed the facts in the nomination papers, she did not state the correct facts in the papers.
In the petition, it has been requested that approval of nomination papers of Maryam Nawaz should be annulled.
