LHC issues arrest warrant of Moonis’ wife

Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued arrest warrant of Moonis Elahi’s wife Tehreem Elahi.
According to the details, a two-member bench chaired by the justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry heard the pleas regarding bail cancelation. The prosecution has challenged the approval of temporary bails by the applicants.
The court issued arrest warrant of Moonis’ wife amid her absence. Apart from that LHC also issued arrest warrant of the second accused person Saira Anwar.
Prosecution stated that the trial court approved the temporary bails by violating the law including Rasikh Ali and others so the court dismissed the verdict of trial court regarding temporary bails.
It should be noted that Tehreem Elahi and Rasikh Ali pleaded to the court of temporary bails.
