IHC issues notice to NAB in £190mn reference
However, the IHC adjourned the further proceedings for next week.
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on the bail plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan in £190 million reference.
According to the details, chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the bail plea.
The trial court rejected Imran Khan’s post-arrest bail plea. The court again issued notice to NAB on PTI founder's bail application.
The Court declared that due to non-payment of office fee notices were not issued to NAB on the application.
PTI's lawyer Latif Khosa stated that this is a post-bail case and the petitioner is in jail.
However, the IHC adjourned the further proceedings for next week.
