Murad Saeed's papers for Senate elections approved
The Appellate Tribunal has rejected all eight objections against Murad Saeed.
Peshawar: The papers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former minister Murad Saeed for the Senate elections have been approved, the Appellate Tribunal has issued a written decision in this regard.
The Appellate Tribunal has rejected all eight objections against Murad Saeed.
The verdict states that Murad Saeed's signature of the attestation and endorser is genuine. Murad has deposited the penalty amount on behalf of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
The written judgment said that fugitives also have the right to participate in the elections, papers cannot be rejected on the basis of absconding. Murad Saeed also disclosed his assets, the papers were submitted through power of attorney, which were valid.
