PHC’s justice Ishtiyaq Ibrahim takes oath
It should be noted that PHC’s former chief justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan had retired on April 14.
Peshawar: The Peshawar high court’s (PHC) acting chief justice Ishtiyaq Ibrahim has taken oath of his position.
According to the details, the senior judge justice Ejaz Anwar has taken oath from acting chief justice PHC Ishtiyaq Ibrahim. Ishtiyaq Ibrahim belongs to Peshawar. He did LLB from Khyber law college Peshawar in 1992. He was assistant advocate general from 1999 till 2000.
The acting chief justice PHC Ishtiyaq Ibrahim was also on the post of additional advocate general Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) from 2008 till 2010.
It should be noted that PHC’s former chief justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan had retired on April 14.
