IHC approaches SC against alleged interference in judiciary
The independent judiciary is the only source to provide justice and the base of constitution.
Islamabad: The Islamabad high court (IHC) has approached Supreme court (SC) against the alleged interference in judiciary.
According to the details, high court bar filed a constitutional plea for the investigation of judges’ letter in which it was pleaded that the court fairly investigated in the light of high court judges’ letter. The action should be taken against the ones who made the judiciary stoop low after the fair investigation.
High court bar said that if the matter should be related to the supreme judicial council then the court send the references to council for the evaluation.
It is further said in the plea that IHC’s six judges had described the serious kind of incidents in the letter. The independent judiciary is the only source to provide justice and the base of constitution. No compromise should be accepted in any case on the independence of judiciary.
