According to GNN, during the hearing in the LHC Horizon network agreed with Permra’s (Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority ) stance that a rating scam is witnessed while awarding rankings to the TV channels and an international auditor should be hired to hold a forensic audit of the TV channels ratings.
Further in the court of Justice Shahid Kareem, Horizon network wished the high court to reject the Medialogic application along with a heavy fine.
On the other hand, Pemra has also submitted its reply.
