PM, Turkish leadership discuss bilateral cooperation
The latest reports say that Pakistan and Turkey agreed to further enhance cooperation in various sectors
Tehran: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with Turkiye's Vice President Fuat Oktay and Foreign Minister Hakan Cavusoglu during a memorial ceremony held in honour of the late Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and his companions in Tehran today.
Discussions during the meeting revolved around mutual and bilateral interests.
Pakistan and Turkey agreed to further enhance cooperation in various sectors.
The Prime Minister reiterated his invitation to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to undertake an official visit to Pakistan.
Later, the PM left for Pakistan after completing his one-day visit to Iran.
The Prime Minister was seen off by senior officials of Iran, Pakistan's Ambassador to Iran Mudassir Tipu and other diplomatic staff at Tehran's international airport.
