Aspiring students excited as GIKI upgrades its Management Sciences department
One of Pakistan’s top notched universities, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology has recently upgraded its Department of Management Sciences as ‘School of Management Sciences’.

According to details, GIKI is now offering an undergraduate degree titled ‘BS Management Science’ with specialization in Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship.
Local media while quoting official sources reported that Professor Dr. Sami Farooq has recently been appointed as the first Dean of the School of Management Sciences at GIKI.
GIKI’s School of Management Sciences is one of the very few Management (Business) School in Pakistan providing specialized Supply Chain Management education.

The university’s website stated that as per a recent announcement by Times Higher Education (THE), one of the most prestigious publishers of university rankings, GIK was ranked Number 01 in Pakistan in its World University Impact Rankings 2021 in the category of Quality Education. Worldwide, the Institute was ranked 30 out of 966 universities.
