Court orders not to arrest Gandapur in any cases till Nov 14
His lawyer also requested to schedule the application for hearing today
Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Tuesday ordered Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur not to be arrested in any cases till November 14.
PHC Justice SM Atiq Shah and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah heard the application for protective bail of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court ordered not to arrest him in any cases till November 14 and said that within 14 days he should provide the details of the cases registered.
Petitioner Ali Amin Gandapur filed the petition through his lawyer Alam Khan Adenzai Advocate.
Ali Amin took a stand in the petition that he the chief minister of the province and cases have been registered against him in Islamabad and Punjab.
He said that there are cases registered against him but he does not have their details. He requested the court to grant protective bail.
Ali Amin Gandapur's lawyer also requested to schedule the application for hearing today.
