Bench of the most senior judge, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, has been shifted to courtroom no.1


Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa left for chamber work before retirement.
According to media reports, the CJP Qazi Faez Isa will write the judgments during the chamber work, while the bench of the most senior judge, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, has been shifted to courtroom No.1 after the Chief Justice went to the chamber work.
It is pertinent to note that Qazi Faez Isa will retire on October 25 and the parliamentary committee will consider the names of three senior judges for the appointment of the new Chief Justice today.
Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal were included in the bench along with Chief Justice Qazi while Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Aqeel Abbasi were included in the bench along with Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.
