2nd ODI: Zimbabwe's second wicket falls for 23 runs against Pakistan
Zimbabwe captain Craig Ervine won the toss and elected to bat first in second ODI of the series
Bulawayo: The second match of the three-match One Day International (ODI) series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe is being played on Tuesday and Zimbabwe's batting is in progress.
Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat against Pakistan, with the host team now at 23 for two.
Speaking on the occasion of the toss, the Zimbabwean captain said that no changes were made to the team.
National team captain Muhammad Rizwan said that if they had won the toss, they would have batted. Every day and every series is new for them.
Zimbabwe has retained its winning side for the second match, while two changes have been made in the Pakistani team. Tayyab Tahir has been given a chance in place of Haseebullah Khan and Muhammad Abrar has been added to the team in place of Muhammad Hasnain.
It is pertinent to note that in the first match played in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe had given Pakistan a target of 206 runs to win, but in the rain-affected match, the national team could only score 60 runs for the loss of six wickets in 21 overs.
Later, Zimbabwe defeated Pakistan by 80 runs under the Duckworth-Lewis System (DLS).
