He referred to efforts made by Hazrat Khadija (RA) for trade


Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that education is a fundamental right in every society, and girls’ access to education must be ensured in poor countries.
Addressing a two-day international conference on the challenges faced by women in education, the Prime Minister stated that the participants are welcome to participate in the international conference. Malala Yousafzai is also participating in the conference, she is welcomed, and grateful to King Salman and Mohammed bin Salman for their cooperation in the conference.
He added that access to education is a fundamental right in every society. Arfa Karim is an example for everyone. There is a challenge for girls’ access to education, and we have to ensure women’s rights.
In his speech, the Prime Minister referred to the efforts made by Hazrat Khadija (RA) for trade, and he also paid tribute to the services of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
Shehbaz further said that Benazir Bhutto became the first female Prime Minister of the Islamic world and Maryam Nawaz was the first female Chief Minister of Punjab. Women should play their role in development alongside men. Girls still face difficulties in education and society develops only by educating women.
He also stated that access to education for girls is a big challenge at present. Girls will have to be enriched with technical education skills. Female students who have completed their education in Danish Schools are a shining example in front of everyone today. Providing quality education to girls will make society strong and developed. Female students can play a full role in the global economy with their abilities.
