Pak vs Eng ODI: Lord's to welcome full capacity crowd
Lord’s cricket ground will be at full capacity for Pakistan’s one-day international against England on July 10. It will be the first full-capacity crowd permitted for a cricket match in England since the start of the pandemic last year.
"We have been in consultation with Public Health England and our local Safety Advisory Group on the arrangements for the match and we are pleased to confirm that we have been granted permission to operate at 100 per cent seating capacity for this match, with the implementation of a number of risk reduction measures," read an official statement, available on the website of Lord's Cricket Ground.
🚨 We are delighted to confirm that the Royal London ODI between @englandcricket & @TheRealPCB has been granted permission to operate at full capacity.

The match on Saturday 10 July will be part of the Government's Events Research Programme (ERP).#LoveLords
The MCC said the match was part of the third phase of the Government’s Events Research Programme (ERP), which is looking at how to get spectators back into the sporting and cultural venues without social distancing.
Spectators will need to provide proof of full vaccination, a recent negative test or natural immunity via the NHS App, the MCC said.
However, audiences will still be required to wear face coverings when moving around the ground.
“Admission to the match, for all ticket holders aged 11 and over, will be subject to providing evidence of your COVID-19 Status," the statement read.
There will be no social distancing norms as the rule of six will not apply at Lord’s
“To have England men’s first ODI at the Home of Cricket in almost two years and in front of a capacity crowd will be truly memorable,” the club’s chief executive and secretary Guy Lavender said.
Pakistan is slated to play three ODIs and as many T20Is against England before the hosts take on India in a five-match Test series starting from August 4.
