Trump has consistently denied any ties to Kremlin or involvement in intelligence activities

(Web Desk): A former Soviet intelligence officer has claimed that Donald Trump was recruited by the KGB in 1987, using the codename "Krasnov."
Alnur Mussayev, a former Kazakh intelligence chief, made this claim in a Facebook post, saying he worked in the KGB’s 6th Directorate, which focused on recruiting Western businessmen.
Mussayev said that Trump’s first trip to Moscow as a real estate developer was part of a plan by the KGB to build connections with powerful people in the West. He also claimed that Trump’s personal file was recently removed from Russia’s FSB and is now kept by a close associate of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Although Mussayev's claims haven’t been confirmed, they add to ongoing rumors about Trump’s links to Russia. Trump has denied having any connections to the Kremlin or being involved in intelligence work.
Anthony Scaramucci, a former White House communications director, recently suggested that Putin might have some kind of influence over Trump, a view shared by others who worked in the Trump administration.
The White House and Russia’s Foreign Ministry have not responded to the allegations. Mussayev also mentioned that he survived two assassination attempts, suggesting that revealing this information could be dangerous.
