Shilpa Shetty, mom Sunanda Shetty booked in alleged fraud case

According to Indian local media, two FIRs have been filed at two different police stations of Lucknow leading to police investigating both the cases against Shilpa and her mother.

Reportedly, police personnel will arrive in Mumbai to interrogate Shilpa and her mother Sunanda in the alleged fraud case.

It has been alleged in the FIRs that the Shilpa and her mother took millions from two people to open a branch of the wellness centre, which is run by the Bollywood actress herself.

The FIRs further stated that despite taking the money, the promise was not fulfilled. Police have sent notices for questioning to Shilpa Shetty and her mom.

It is pertinent to mention here that Shilpa heads a wellness chain, where her mother is a director and chairman of the company.
