Islamabad: Speaker of Pakistan National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf Friday accepted the resignations of 35 more Members of National Assembly (MNAs) of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI).
A total of 69 resignations have been accepted this week after PTI announced to turn to the assembly and threatened to move a no-trust motion against Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

Speaker National Assembly has sent the resignation to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for further legal action after accepting the resignation.
It is pertinent to note that few days back Pervaiz Ashraf accepted the resignations of 34 members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed.
In July, Speaker accepted the resignation of 11 members of the National Assembly of PTI.
