Terror attack claims lives of two soldiers near Pak-Iran border
ISPR says group of terrorists target security forces' post, claims lives of two soldiers.
Singwan: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that two soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack on a security forces post in the Singwan area near the Pak-Iran border in Balochistan's district of Kech.
The incident involved a group of terrorists who targeted the post but were repelled by alert troops.
In a courageous response, the soldiers engaged in a heavy exchange of fire, utilizing all available weapons.
During the intense firefight, Sepoy Hasnain Ishtiaq, 34, and Sepoy Inayat Ullah, 27, embraced martyrdom while valiantly fighting the terrorists.
ISPR provided information about the martyred soldiers, identifying Sepoy Ishtiaq as a resident of Dera Ghazi Khan and Sepoy Inayat as a resident of Jhal Magsi.
Following the attack, a sanitization operation was launched in the area, and coordination was established with Iranian authorities to prevent any chance for the terrorists to escape.
