Police have apprehended an Indian spy along with a Pakistani accomplice.


Karachi: In a joint operation with sensitive agencies, the police in Karachi have apprehended an Indian spy, Akhil Dev, along with a Pakistani accomplice.
SSP Arif Aziz has confirmed the arrest and stated that the detained individual is an Indian spy.
The arrest took place in the Old City Area of Karachi. The accused, Akhil Dev, was found in possession of two Indian passports, a pistol, and foreign currency amounting to 500,000 rupees.
SSP Arif Aziz revealed that the suspect was arrested near the boundaries of the Clifton Police Station.
Upon apprehension, fake jewelry boxes, six mobile phones, one tablet, and various documents were also recovered from him.
The SSP further disclosed that the apprehended individual was involved in espionage activities targeting crucial and sensitive locations in Pakistan.
Raids are underway to capture his associates. Authorities are anticipating significant revelations from the arrested individuals.
