‘Foreign elements behind opposition’s no-trust move’: PM Imran Khan
Imran Khan says govt is not going anywhere, It will be the opposition’s last move and they will face defeat
Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Tuesday said that foreign elements are behind the opposition parties over no trust move and his government has prepared a strategy to thwart opposition’s all ploys.
The prime minister said this while talking to digital media journalists in Islamabad.
It is noteworthy here that no-trust move was submitted by joint opposition against the prime minister in the National Assembly today.
“The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government is not going anywhere and opposition’s no-trust motion against him will fail,” PM Imran Khan said. “It will be the opposition’s last move and they will face defeat,” he added.
“Many foreign hands are supporting opposition parties. They are offering Rs180 million to government lawmakers,” Imran Khan claimed, adding that he has asked lawmakers to take the money from opposition parties and distribute it among the poor.
Commenting on Jahangir Tareen group, the prime minister maintained that he knows Tareen very well and the disgruntled PTI leader would never support ‘corrupt political leaders’. He further said that Army fully stands with Pakistan.
