Six killed, three injured in deadly road crash

Jhang: In an unfortunate incident, at least six people lost their lives while three others sustained injuries following a horrific collision between a passenger van and a high roof near Layyah Road block on Monday.

According to details, the accident occurred in Ahmadpur Sial Tehsil of Jhang District of Punjab, where 6 people were killed on the spot. 

The rescue teams and police reached the spot after getting information and shifted the deceased an injured to a nearby hospital. 

The dead included three women, two men and a girl. 

Medical aid is being provided to the injured at the hospital while the bodies will be handed over to heirs after due process.
