The former provincial minister complains that he faced many cases and subjected to torture for the party and his leadership but Imran Khan did not make even a single statement for him during the challenging times. I

Islamabad: Former Provincial Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fayyaz Ul Hassan Chohan said clash with the state institutions was not the job of the politicians, pointing out that the whole nation was hurt over May 9 incidents.
Fayyazul Hassan Chohan criticized the strategy of the PTI chairman that his political struggle should be political. He claimed that the wrong people had surrounded Imran Khan and they were not giving him right advices.
He said that he was member of the core committee and was removed from the party after he sent a message to the PTI Chairman.
“What hurt me that Imran Khan did not make even a single tweet after his house was demolished and his family members were arrested. It was quite disturbing for me. I did many messages to Imran Khan but I was not given time,” said the PTI Chairman.
Imran Khan, he claimed, was informed that he was man of the army and he continued to sacrifice daily basis for the party.
“But unfortunately, there was not even a single statement for me from Imran Khan. I had only five-minute meeting with him,” he added.
He stated that he faced many cases and troubles for the PTI, saying that he followed every instruction of Imran Khan. He said he did press conferences against former Governor Chaudhary Sarwar, Aun Chaudhary and many others on the orders of Imran Khan.
“I say, on oath, that there was no press conference from Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed, Yasmin Rashid and others for the PTI during the last three months during the Hamza Shehbaz’s government. I was there to raise voice for Imran Khan and the party during this time. I did these press conferences amid fears of Hamza Shehbaz’s government,” he added.
