ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants to Hammad Azhar, Hassan Niazi, Zubair Niazi, and Khalid Gujjar for Vandalism cases.


Lahore: In connection with the vandalism incidents that occurred on May 9, Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Hammad Azhar and Mian Aslam Iqbal, along with other.
ATC judge Abher Gul Khan granted the warrants based on an application filed by the investigation officer.
Race Course police registered the case on them.
Warrants are issued to Hammad Azhar, Hassan Niazi, Zubair Niazi, Mian Aslam, and Khalid Gujjar.
The accused are involved in damaging police vehicles at Canal Road.
Additionally, Gulberg Police registered a case on Mian Aslam and Zubair Niazi.
They are charged with setting fire to the container.
The investigation officer informed the court that two cases had been registered against the accused individuals for their involvement in the May 9 vandalism.
However, the accused have been evading arrest and are currently in hiding.
