IHC grants interim bail to Asad, Qureshi in May 9 case
Court also directed the police to not arrest them in the case.
Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday granted the interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Asad Umar in the vandalism case of May 9, GNN reported.
According to details, the bail has been granted to the leaders against the surety bond of Rs0.1 million each.
Court has ordered the police to not arrest Shah and Asad in the case, also directed them to submit the record till July 10.
The case of May 9 arson has been registered against Asad Umar and Shah Mehmood in Tarnol police station of Islamabad.
