PHC grants bail to PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan, Shehryar Afridi

Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday granted bail to Former federal minister of State and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan.
Justice Ejaz Anwar and Justice Fazal Subhan formed a two-person bench that heard Ali Muhammad Khan's bail plea.
The court granted his bail and ordered his immediate release after hearing arguments from attorneys Ali Zaman and Nadeem Shah.
Additionally, Justice Ijaz Anwar also highlighted the importance of making the Deputy Commissioner of Mardan answerable and called him to the following hearing on August 8.
Another incident involved the Rawalpindi Division Bench of the Lahore High Court Lahore granted bail in the GHQ attack case to PTI leader and former minister Shehryar Afridi.
Shehryar Afridi's bail as well as the bail requests of the other accused, Asmatullah Khan and Nazia Bibi, were all allowed by the court, which was made up of Justice Anwar Haq Pannu and Justice Safdar Saleem Shahid.
Shehryar Afridi was not listed as an accused person in the case, according to lawyers, and he was already given bail in another case that was filed at the I-Nine police station in Islamabad.
As a result, the judge ordered Afridi's immediate release while also granting bail to the accused.
