PTI leader Asad Umar has been arrested from Islamabad in the cipher case.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Umar has been arrested from Islamabad in the cipher case on Sunday.
However, the Islamabad Police and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) did not confirm the arrest.
According to assertions made by the PTI legal team, the former finance minister was detained in connection with a FIR filed regarding the disappearance of a US cipher.
Asad Umar was arrested earlier in May also from the Islamabad High Court.
Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice-Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi was arrested from his Islamabad residence.
However, it is not yet clear that in which case, he was arrested. The sources said that the PTI vice-chairman was shown the arrest warrants before his arrest.
He is likely to be produced before the relevant judicial magistrate within the next 24 hours.
Qureshi was arrested few minutes after he addressed a press conference in Islamabad. Shoaib Shaheen, the PTI lawyer, also accompanied him.
In his press conference, Qureshi Saturday strongly condemned actions against party leader Usman Dar and his family.
Qureshi said that it was highly condemnable that the children and the family members were ousted in the middle of the night. He stated that the factory and property of Usman Dar were sealed.
