Indian Prime Minister's personal promotion and preparations for next year's elections were highlighted during the two-day G20 leadership summit in New Delhi.

New Delhi: New Delhi hosted a two-day G20 leadership summit where global media outlets have offered analyses and commentaries on the proceedings.
International news agency, Al Jazeera commented that the primary aim of forming a new era's space route connecting the United States, Saudi Arabia, Europe, the Middle East, and India is to normalize relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
Another news company, The Guardian reported that the Indian Prime Minister used the summit for personal promotion and preparations for next year's elections.
Furthermore, The Guardian criticized Modi's assertive style, Hindu-majority bias, human rights abuses in Kashmir, and disregard for human rights, labeling them as causes for embarrassment for any country doing business with India.
According to Reuters, Italy has indicated a desire to move away from China's Belt and Road Initiative within the G20 summit.
