According to reports, a statement from the Russian President highlighted North Korea's strong interest in rocket technology.
Russia has offered its support to help North Korea develop satellites and advance its space program.
Kim Jong-un also expressed gratitude for Russia's unwavering support for its sovereignty and security.
He underscored the importance of economic cooperation between the two nations and declared their relations a top priority.
Notably, the presence of military leadership alongside Kim Jong-un has raised concerns about a potential arms deal between Russia and North Korea, prompting Western countries and the United States to urge North Korea to exercise restraint in such matters.
