LHC’s written order on petition against advertising campaign of caretaker CM
It is stated in the court’s written order that Director General (DG) LDA has also been directed to appoint a responsible officer for judicial assistance.
Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) Friday issued a written order on a petition against the advertisement campaign with the picture of caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi.
According to the details, Justice Sultan Tanveer issued a three-page written order on the petition.
In a written order, the court directed Lahore Development Authority (LDA) to submit the details of the expenditure incurred on the caretaker chief minister's advertisement campaign and asked the Punjab government and other parties to respond on the matter by November 29.
It is stated in the court’s written order that Director General (DG) LDA has also been directed to appoint a responsible officer for judicial assistance.
Apart from this, the documents related to the expenses incurred on the advertising campaign have also been ordered to be presented in the court during the next hearing.
