The court, while suspending the notification of increase in gas prices issued by SSGC, said that the suspension will apply only to the petitioners.
The court issued notices to the SSGC and the federal government.
It has also been directed by the court that the textile industries submit additional bills to the SHC. The injunction is for those who will submit the bills to the inspector within seven days.
SHC added that the injunction will lapse if the bills are not submitted to the inspector. Until a decision is taken, the money will remain deposited with the Sindh High Court.
