In the counting of postal votes, Qaisra Elahi got 98 votes while Q-League candidate Salik Hussain managed to score 29 votes.


Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supported independent candidate Qaisra Elahi was successful in the counting of postal votes in National Assembly Constituency NA-64.
The result of postal votes of NA-64 Gujarat has also come out according to which Qaisra has been successful in the counting.
It is pertinent to note that Qaisra Elahi was a candidate supported by PTI and she was competing against Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) candidate Salik Hussain.
In the counting of postal votes, Qaisra Elahi got 98 votes while Q-League candidate Salik Hussain managed to score 29 votes.
Notably, according to Form-47 issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Salik Hussain from NA-64 was the winner of this seat by getting 150,205 votes, while Qaisra Elahi stood second by scoring 80,946 votes.
