PHC dismisses Emil’s case against Imran as ineffective
According to the details, Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Waqar Ahmed have heard the case.
Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has dismissed the Awami National party’s (ANP) leader Emil Wali case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) fonder Imran Khan as ineffective.
According to the details, Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Waqar Ahmed have heard the case.
Emil’s lawyer stated that neither the assembly remained nor the PTI’s founder a member. The case is not eligible to hear.
The applicant said that Imran Khan has won the seven constituencies in by-elections. Imran Khan has made mistakes in declaring his assets and nomination papers. He did not mention the Toshakhana gifts in papers.
Moreover, the applicant further asked to disqualify Imran Khan from seven constituencies for not declaring his assets.
