However, Khurram Nawaz's arrest warrant issued for not appearing despite the court summoned him.


Islamabad: The district and session courts issued non-bailable arrest warrant of newly appointed member of national assembly Khurram Shahzad Nawaz.
According to the details, judicial magistrate Shaista Khan Kundi heard the case against Khurram Shahzad Nawaz, Asad Umar and Ali Nawaz Awan.
The court canceled the arrest warrants of Asad Umar and Ali Nawaz Awan after they both surrendered before the judge. Both were appeared in the court with their lawyers.
However, Khurram Nawaz's arrest warrant issued for not appearing despite the court summoned him.
Apart from this, Asad Umar and Ali Nawaz Awan also filed petitions for acquittal from the case, on which the court called for arguments and adjourned further hearing till February 26.
