Six of same family killed as house roof collapses in Khyber

Khyber: Six members of the same family, including women and children, died after the roof of a rotten house collapsed in Khyber district.

According to the police, the incident took place early in the morning in the far-off affected area of Bazar Zakha Khel in Khyber district where the roof of a rotten house collapsed.

According to the police, the victims of the incident were crushed to death while sleeping in the house due to the collapse of the roof of the house. Helping themselves on their own, the local citizens pulled out the bodies from the rubble.

Police also stated that the deceased include four children and two women, while the locals added that the house was rotten due to the continuous rain for the last three days.
