Finance ministry session regarding IMF’s arrival
However, officials expected to talk about a new loan with IMF in this upcoming meeting.
Islamabad: The Finance ministry has held a session regarding the arrival of the delegation of International Monetary Fund (IMF).
According to the details, this session was chaired by the finance minister Muhammad Aurangzeb in which the conversation has been discussed regarding the table talk with IMF on the current economical situation of the country.
IMF’s delegation will arrive tonight in Pakistan (Wednesday). Under the IMF evaluation mission stand by program, the table talk will be held from March 14 till 18 to issue the next installment of $1.1billion in case of the successful table talks.
However, officials expected to talk about a new loan with IMF in this upcoming meeting.
